WINEMAKER NOTES
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in our 2018 Bastille were harvested from Seaton Vineyard in Dry Creek and the aCURE eSTATE Vineyard in Alexander Valley. After 18 months of barrel aging, a small amount of Cab Franc was added to the final blend.
TASTING NOTES
A brilliant garnet in color, this wine is rich with aromas of plum and subtle notes of cedar completing the nose. Smooth and supple in the mouth with silky, medium-full tannins, the palate offers up blackberry and integrated oak spice.
